Services
NanoQode provides design, development, marketing, hosting, telephony and video production services as described on this website and in your signed proposal. Promotional prices are one-time project fees unless marked monthly and may change without notice.
Payments
Project work is invoiced per the proposal milestones. Monthly services renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days notice. Advertising credits are subject to the advertising platform’s eligibility rules.
Ownership
On final payment you own the deliverables and source files for your project. NanoQode retains ownership of its proprietary platforms (such as Nano CRM) which are licensed to you for the term of service.
Guarantees
Satisfaction and money-back guarantees apply to design packages as described in the proposal, before development begins. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
