What we collect
When you book a consultation, register for a service, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, company and your message. Our website also records anonymous usage data (pages viewed, buttons clicked, device type, approximate region) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not record keystrokes, form values before you submit, or session recordings.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, deliver the services you register for, send the newsletters you opted into, and improve our website. Usage data may be linked to your contact record once you submit a form so our team can see which services you were interested in.
Sharing
We use trusted processors to deliver our services, including our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery providers and hosting infrastructure. We never sell your data.
Your choices
Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@nanoqode.com. Visiting any page with ?nq_ignore=1 disables usage tracking in your browser.
Retention and security
Contact records are kept while we have an active relationship or a legitimate business reason. Data is stored on servers in Canada with encryption in transit and at rest for credentials.
